Fits 1999-2007 Ford Superduty. 
Kit consist of 12 total pieces.
Each section has a backplate and overlay with design shown.
Requires the removal of rear leaf spring overload bumpers. ( overload bumpers can be re-installed but holes will need to drilled for them)
Requires drilling to install.
